Dr. Ashlesha Nagdive holds a Ph.D. in Information Technology, an M.Tech in Embedded Systems and Computing, and is an IT Engineer. Currently, she is pursuing an MBA while serving as an Assistant Professor at a reputed engineering college in Nagpur, Maharashtra. With over 30 international research papers and journal publications, she has made significant contributions to the field of technology and education.

Crowning Glory: Forever Star Mrs. India 2024 Winner
Dr. Ashlesha’s journey into pageantry was fueled by her desire to inspire, advocate for social causes, and challenge societal norms. Inspired by role models like Aishwarya Rai, she stepped into the world of beauty pageants, determined to leave her mark.
She recently achieved a monumental milestone by winning the Forever Star Mrs. India 2024 Maharashtra Title (G2 Category). Competing against 15,000 participants from across India, she emerged victorious after successfully clearing five intense rounds. The Grand Finale, held at Zee Studio, Jaipur, from December 19-21, 2024, was organized by Forever Star India, a PAN India beauty platform.
Prior to this, she showcased her modeling skills at Forever Fashion Week, held on December 20, where she walked the ramp in collections curated by leading designers under the choreography of internationally acclaimed Shie Lobo.
